Instructions for an oral communication or a poster
Participants who wish to present their work as an oral communication or a poster are invited to submit an abstract.
Submission steps:
- Download the official abstract template and complete it according to the instructions provided in the document.
- Submit your abstract via the Helmholtz Cloud Event Management Platform using this submission link.
- Log in to the Helmholtz Cloud using your institutional account (if available) or alternatively through your GitHub, ORCID, or Google account.
- Complete all required fields, including Title, Authors, Contribution Type, and Track.
- Upload your abstract as a PDF file.
- Abstracts submitted in any other format will not be accepted.
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Organizing Committee. Notifications of acceptance, indicating whether the contribution has been selected for an oral or poster presentation, will be sent until May 15, 2026.
Please note that full payment of the registration fee is required for accepted abstracts to be included in the Conference Book of Abstracts.
