Presentation instructions
Oral Presentation
- You must present in English.
- Please provide your presentation as a PowerPoint or PDF file in 16:9 aspect ratio.
- For submission, please use a USB flash drive that is not protected by any software.
We invite you to upload your presentation on the computer of your conference room during the break before your session. - If you want to use particular formats such as video, sending your presentation in advance is highly recommended. Using a local file is preferred rather than reading an online file.
- To avoid any technical bugs and long installation times, it is mandatory to use the computer provided. It will not be possible to use your personal computer.
- A remote control with laser pointer will be at your disposal.
Presentation length:
Plenary: 60 minutes (45’ presentation +15’ discussions)
Keynote: 30 minutes (25’ presentation +5’ discussions)
Invited: 20 minutes (15’ presentation +5’ discussions)
Oral presentation: 15 minutes (12’ presentation +3’ discussions)
Poster Presentation
- Your poster should be in English.
- Your poster should be printed in A0 format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) in portrait orientation.
- It is not possible to print your poster on site.
- Thank you for hanging your poster as soon as you arrive at the conference. Thus, everyone will be able to watch it during the conference breaks. Material to hang your poster will be available on site.
- Please pick up your poster latest on the last day of the conference. Remaining posters will not be returned. The posters will be displayed during the whole conference.
